Kynol has high flame resistant characteristics, does not melt even at high temperatures, and has little heat shrinkage. In addition, it is called a highly safe fiber because it only carbonizes and emits a small amount of smoke when it is exposed to flame.

Kynol carbon fiber has an amorphous structure and has different properties from other commercially available carbon fibers. These carbon fibers have low strength, softness, flexibility, and low thermal conductivity.

Compared to granular activated carbon, adsorption and desorption speeds of Kynol ACF (Activated Carbon Fiber) are very fast. It has a high level of purity and a large specific surface area that other activated carbons do not have.
